A La Carte Menu:

 

 v      v      Tai-Chi-Chih is a form of oriental mediation in exercise movement. Recommended for people of all ages and health condition. One and half-hour lesson. $75.00

 

  v      v      Massage Therapy is $125.00 for one hour

Choose among Swedish, or  Deep Tissue.

 

Swedish Massage:  A relaxing, lighter touch massage, using European techniques.  This session is designed to reduce stress and promote overall health and well being.

 

Deep Tissue:  A deeper therapeutic massage incorporating neuro-muscular and myofacial techniques to resolve areas of tension and discomfort.

 

 v     v      Spa Treatment type of massage is one and half-hour for $165.00.  This includes a massage, and salt glow treatment with a choice of peppermint/rosemary, or lemon/lavender or rose/geranium aromatherapy oils.  The salt glow is an Edgar Cayce “healing formula” with sea salt, mineral salts, sodium bicarbonate and caster oil.  It is thoroughly detoxifying, rejuvenating and relaxing.

 

v      v      Cranio-Sacral Therapy-- $90.00

 

 v      v      3^rd. Degree Reiki Master- Treatment is $80.00 for 45 minutes.  Reiki is a lying on of hands-touch healing of incomparable ease and power.  It is a spiritual power that vibrates through the body and promotes healing.  It is safe and non-intrusive.  

 

Facial by our certified esthetician--(45 min.)  $95.00 using Biotherapuetic and Dr. Murad skin care products

 

Hot hydro massage bath with salts or essential oils—comes with any package.

 

A nap is now recommended…

 

 A Full Day Treatment includes:  Massage, Facial, Reiki Treatment, and a Hot Hydro Massage Bath (with 7 oz. Nereid bath salts)  for  -- $295.00

 

One hour total:  Manicure and Pedicure.  Relax your whole body while beautifying your hands and  feet.  Nails will be soaked and reshaped to your liking, hand massaged and polish applied.  This pedicure includes a foot scrub, foot mask, nails and calluses files, calf massage and nail polish application.-- $90.00
