Kristin Scheelar. Taking a L’Auberge picnic lunch
to partake along the Burke Gilman Trail (jogging trail along the Sammamish River…right next to the winery area) or picnic
on the Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery grounds for lunch. You will be going on the tour by limo.
3:00-9:00 Hands-On Culinary Cooking Class
with one of our Executive Chefs, featuring French Regional cuisine.

our specialty French Sweetbreads with our Auberge house jams, marmalades and unsalted butter. Served with coffee and Vin Mousseau

may be spent indulging in the luxury of time or going for a hike on the wooded Tolt Pipeline (a two mile walk from our Inn) or relaxing
with your choice of Spa Treatments, which always comes with a refreshing glass of organic Kombucha drink.

12:00 PM be ready to drive by limo for a guided chef tour of an in-store
artisan chocolate shop tasting of chocolate made by five different artisan chocolate-makers who use the finest flavor cacao
beans from around the world. After the guided tasting you will be prvided with a hand crafted house truffle and a cup
of drinking chocolate. You will then proceed to Pike’s Place Market for the Chef's tour of the farmers market returning at 4:00 (transportation
by limo/town car to and from) or if you chose not to go on the farmers market Chef Tour you may stay in at L'Auberge Inn and......
