Light Supper Menu--  $35.00 per person

If you would like a light meal served to your room upon your arrival, please give us notice and pick from the set menu below.  We understand how weary you will be from your travels. We would like to make it easy on you and help you adjust to the Northwest.

Green Salad with either mustard or tarragon vinaigrette

French Baguette, Sweet Butter

Soup either: Sorrel, Cauliflower, Broccoli/Leek or Mushroom

Quiche:  ham/cheese, spinach/cheese, onion tart or tart flambé

Dessert de jour:  strawberry shortcake, pear kuchen, raspberry torte or chocolate orange cake

 

Other Prix Fix Choices for $40.00 per person

Minimum of Two (includes salad and dessert)

This menu is NOT available on arrival night.

Two eggs, bacon, fresh homemade parsley potatoes, assorted sweetbreads, jams and fresh squeezed orange juice along with our famous Belgium Waffles (with fresh stawberries and whipped cream)- see picture below.
 
Arrangements can be made for in-room delivery or ask to be served in bed!

To fill a need for those of you who have difficulty leaving home...who are experiencing food or environmental allergies and who seek gentle guidance and support to balance and heal.  We will prepare healthy gourmet meals to your specific sensitivities, designed to serve you allergy free meals.  

We offer gourmet, healthy cooking.  We do not cook with preservatives or additives and everything is prepared daily with fresh ingredients, in season adding vegetables and fruits from our organic garden.
 

We also offer Team Building "Corporate"  Cooking Classes for $99.00 per person.
